Greatly enjoyed Fajardo, the hotel was absolutely gorgeous and picturesque. The location of the property was remote, right by the rainforest with tremendous character and warmth that's expressive of the owner, Rafael, who hosts everyone into the place.

Thoroughly enjoyed Fajardo, the hotel was gorgeous and picturesque on top of a hill that is hard to get to. Actually the room was relaxing with a pullout bed, great views of the hillside, a balcony. Gorgeous remote location short walk to the mountains above Fajardo, and the common areas...

Located on top of a hill, this hotel offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding area. With its secluded location, it's the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Guests can enjoy the cool breeze from room 7 while facing the beautiful sunrise over Culebra. The hotel is solar and wind-powered, providing a sustainable and eco-friendly experience.

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement.

Nestled atop a hill in the El Yunque Rainforest, this hidden gem offers a truly unique experience. The difficult access to the property adds to the adventure, and upon arrival, the breathtaking views of the town and bay are worth it. The rooms are comfortable, with welcoming breezes and sounds of nature. The on-site chef prepares delicious meals, and the engaging conversations with other guests create a friendly atmosphere. The off-the-grid experience, with power that turns off at night, provides a serene and unplugged environment.
Limited lunch options available nearby.

The location of this hotel is amazing, perched on top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere, surrounded by lush greenery. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impressive, and the continental breakfast is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and helpful in arranging transportation and parking, especially considering the down muddy slopes that lead to the hotel.
Could not be improved in any way.

The hotel offered some complementary facts that were helpful throughout my stay, like a map with local attractions and some snacks in the room. I also really appreciated the location, surrounded by nature and with stunning views from the balcony. Another great aspect was the tranquility, a peaceful atmosphere where you could disconnect from everything else.
The negative aspects outweighed the positive ones. Furthermore, the lack of hot water was a significant setback, considering it was a business trip, and I needed to get ready quickly in the morning.
